Collector Beth Rudin DeWoody's Upper East Side Co-Op Returns at $12 Million

· 1 min read

The Upper East Side apartment of art collector Beth Rudin DeWoody is for sale again, with an asking price of $12 million. The Manhattan home is a co-op. DeWoody first offered the apartment in 2018 and withdrew it in 2020, so this is the second time she has put it up for sale since then. The $12 million is what she is asking, not what the apartment has sold for. We follow when a collector's own New York address comes up for sale, and this is one to watch.
