John Galliano and Zara have a joint collection out, and the entire run of looks can now be seen. The idea behind it was to take the retailer's own back catalog and pull those pieces apart, then rebuild them, with Galliano doing the unpicking. For a desk that keeps track of who wore what and when, a designer cutting into a house's past is something we want to watch closely. Readers from Palm Beach to Beverly Hills will want to study the lineup piece by piece, to see which seams moved and how familiar clothes came out new.
