The founder of Feed Me, the newsletter that insiders read before anyone else does, is the subject of a new Harper's Bazaar conversation with Derek C. Blasberg. Sundberg talks through what it means to hold sway over an audience today, and how she grew a dispatch into a media company of her own. She also looks back on the era of the celebrated female founder, and what it taught the ones who came after. It is a founder's portrait, told in her own words, of a publication that earned its following one send at a time.

With reporting from Harper's Bazaar.
