Curlin Back at the Head of Hill 'n' Dale at Xalapa's Stallion Barn for 2027

Curlin will cover mares again in 2027. Hill 'n' Dale at Xalapa has put him first on its stallion list for that year, after he stood only part of the 2026 season. For breeders, the news is about planning. Mare owners who were drawing up next spring's matings now know that one of the most sought-after names in the stud book is back in the book. Topping a farm's roster is a statement in its own right: the stallion listed first is the one the farm builds its year around. With the 2027 lineup now released, the planning around that horse can start well before the first covers of the new year.
