Ford Adds a $12,545 Factory Two-Color Finish to the 2027 F-150

Ford will offer a two-color paint option on the 2027 F-150, and the option is priced at $12,545. That works out to about a fifth of what the truck itself costs, and close to half the price of a new Ford Maverick. With this option, an owner chooses the second color when ordering the truck, and Ford applies it before the truck leaves the factory. Ford is charging for it like a major option, not a small extra. For an owner who expects to keep the truck for many years, the finish it leaves the factory with is worth deciding carefully.
