Fewer Pictures, Better Sold: The Case for an Edited Listing

· 1 min read

A house going to market does not need seventy images to make its case, according to Elle Decor's advice for sellers. The counsel is one of restraint: a tight, well-chosen set of frames lets the architecture carry the argument, where an endless gallery only dilutes it. For an oceanfront estate in Palm Beach or a hillside house above Los Angeles, the principle holds the same way it does anywhere, show the rooms that matter and trust the buyer to want to see the rest in person.

With reporting from Elle Decor.
