The American SetBen Marshall, Measured Against the City
Curbed has put Ben Marshall, a cast member of *Saturday Night Live*, through its New York Quotient, its gauge of how deeply a person belongs to the city. The scale runs from an ordinary Manhattan avenue at one end to the show's own studio inside 30 Rockefeller Plaza at the other, so it measures him by both the city's streets and its most famous stage. For a performer whose work is made in Midtown every week, it is a fitting question, and one this desk is glad to see asked.
