Sikorsky has shown a new setup that puts four self-flying vertical-takeoff aircraft, plus the gear needed to run them, inside a standard 20-foot box. Everything travels and sits as one unit rather than as separate airframes and ground kit. For anyone who manages hangar space and ramp logistics, the footprint is the point: the whole operation occupies the same ground as one ordinary freight container.
