'Boston' Goes to the Top, and Nashville Raises a Glass for Stella Lefty

"Boston" has reached the top of the chart. It is the first time Stella Lefty has had a song in that spot, and Nashville marked it the way this town marks things that matter, with a party. Her friends were there, and so were people from the industry. That mix is worth noticing. The people who knew her before the song arrived stood in the same room as the people whose job is knowing which songs will arrive. A first chart-topper happens only once in a career, and this city has learned to stop and honor it while it is happening. In Nashville, the top of the chart is a business result. On this night it was also a milestone that her peers wanted to see in person.
