Palm Beach Pours Bubbles, Naples Pours Agave. Clase Azul Found a Bottle for Both.
Clase Azul has added a new bottle to its Día de Muertos line, and part of its time in wood was spent in barrels that once held Champagne. Those are the two drinks most likely to share a Florida bar cart, whether it's at a Worth Avenue dinner, a Fifth Avenue South patio or whatever Miami is still doing at 2 a.m. The house presents this release as a turning point for its Day of the Dead collection, and it has priced the bottle at the very top of the shelf. Florida has never quite chosen between sparkling wine and tequila, and this bottle doesn't make anyone choose.
